Not Just Travel has launched a recruitment drive at its head office, growing its workforce by at least 10% as the homeworking specialist upscales support for its 800+ consultants and deepens its work in the luxury sector, helping consultants build and grow luxury-focused businesses.
The expansion follows a year of rapid growth, with record commission pay-outs and a rise in new member recruitment, partly driven by its new Lite package, a low-cost mentorship route giving newcomers coaching from established consultants.
New roles span Operations and Experience, marketing and trade, aimed at making support faster and more personal from first enquiry to a client's return home. The company is also doubling its franchise recruitment team and developing an apprenticeship scheme for young people.
The drive builds on Not Just Travel's Gold Standard service commitments, with response times for consultants, bookings and refunds processed in record times despite continued growth in sales and recruitment.
It also follows a run of recognition, including Best Luxury Homeworking Business of the Year (Large) at the Aspire Awards, Best Lifestyle Franchise for two consecutive years, and Best European Franchise at the Global Franchise Awards.
John Jones MBE, Chief Operating Officer at Not Just Travel, said: "We're growing the team because our consultants are busier than ever, and we want industry-leading support available the moment they need it. When a consultant receives a fast, accurate answer, their client gets superior service. That's the driving force behind this investment."
He continued: "Our Gold Standard sets out exactly what consultants and clients can expect from us. Strengthening the team is how we hit those standards every time. Apprenticeship opportunities also let us welcome fresh talent into the industry."
Mel Garthwaite, Head of Operations, Not Just Travel, said: "More people in the team means shorter queues, quicker answers and more time spent getting the detail right on every booking. Consultants feel that difference straight away, and so do their clients."
