The airline said it was quitting LBA to focus on maintaining and developing its "most popular" routes.
"Following a review of our routes from Leeds Bradford airport, we have made the decision to no longer operate flights from the airport after 5 January," said easyJet in a statement.
EasyJet currently flies to Barcelona, Belfast International, Majorca, Malaga and Paris from LBA.
Barcelona, Belfast and Paris flights are currently available to book until early January, and Majorca and Malaga flights until early November.
EasyJet has also previously offered seasonal services to Geneva, although none are currently listed on its website.
In its statement, the carrier did not disclose whether any of these planned services or routes would end earlier than currently listed.
"Our focus is on maintaining and developing routes which prove most popular with customers," it said.
The airline has confirmed customers with bookings for travel beyond 5 January 2027 have been contacted to provide them with advance notice and advise them of their options, which includes a free transfer onto flights from an alternative airport, or a refund.
"We value the relationship we have built with Leeds Bradford airport and we always keep options for our network under review, with the aim of providing more choice and connectivity where we see demand," the airline added.
Other airlines currently flying from LBA include Leeds-based Jet2.com, as well as Ryanair, Tui, KLM, Wizz and SunExpress.
A spokesperson for LBA confirmed to TTG the easyJet statement had been agreed in advance with the airport and was issued jointly.
Ryanair is offering £29.99 so-called "rescue fares" on its LBA-Malaga route, on which it offers 10 frequencies a week. Fares are available to book now until the end of February.
