Adams joins the experiential specialist as one of two new business development executives, with Vicky Lawrence moving across from the operator's sales reservation team to fill the other BDE post. The duo will support business development manager Vicky Edwards.
"Creating these new roles allows us to increase our support for agents and build even stronger relationships across our partners," said Edwards. "With Vicky’s internal knowledge and Lorraine’s trade experience, we’re well positioned to drive further growth together."
TTG 30 Under 30 alumnus Manisha Blair, meanwhile, joins Not in the Guidebooks as trade marketing manager bringing nearly a decade of industry experience from spells with Classic Collection, AmaWaterways and The Travel Network Group.
She will lead on development and delivery of Not in the Guidebooks' trade marketing strategy, partner engagement and campaign activity.
Sales director Debbie Sowden said: “With 2026 set to be our biggest year yet, investing in the trade remains a clear priority. Manisha brings strong experience and a real understanding of how to engage and support agent partners.
"Strengthening our team ensures we continue to grow alongside the trade and give agents the tools and confidence to sell our private, immersive holidays."
Blair added she was excited to be joining at "a key stage" in the operator's growth. "There’s a clear commitment to the trade and I’m looking forward to building on that momentum and evolving the marketing strategy to support agent partners."
The appointments follow a record January for Not in the Guidebooks, which the operator has credited to increased demand from agents.
