The first stage of the entry process for TTG's class of 30 Under 30 for 2026-27 concludes next Friday, 22nd May for written entries. This exclusive club is filled with bright young minds from across the travel industry, and the benefits of making the cut include invites to exclusive networking dinners and social events.
Tui UK & Ireland has returned for another year as headline partner, with ITT and the AWTE also supporting the initiative.
Jill Cunningham, Director Retail, Omnichannel and Third-Party Sales, Tui UK & I, said:
“We’re really proud to be supporting the TTG 30 Under 30 programme once again as it opens for the 2026/27 cohort. It’s a brilliant initiative that shines a light on the depth and diversity of talent coming through our industry.
“Programmes like this play a vital role in giving future leaders the confidence, visibility and support they need to thrive, and we’re excited to see the next generation of travel talent take their next step.”
Those keen to apply can either nominate themselves with a personal statement, or they can be nominated by a manager. After entries close on May 22nd, a whittled-down shortlist will be invited to submit a 60-second video, and these will be viewed by a judging panel, which will include members of the outgoing 30 Under 30, who will choose the final 30.
Kira Richards, assistant project manager, National Geographic Traveller, has been a part of the 2025-2026 cohort, and she said: "It's been a real joy to be part of TTG's 30 under 30! It's been brilliant meeting such a diverse group of people working in travel, all of whom are equally as passionate and dedicated to bettering the industry. I highly recommend the scheme to anyone eager to make new friends, expand their network and receive expert insight from pioneers and change makers."
Kira and her 30 Under 30 peers have been raising money for Unseen Tours, a social enterprise based in London, by walking 3,000 miles in the last month. Donations are still open and the funds raised will be be matched by the Intrepid Foundation.
