Royal Beach Club Santorini will be part of an Ultimate Santorini Day experience that will allow guests to explore the Greek island, from white-washed buildings, blue-domed churches in Tia to a stroll through the shops, cafes and art galleries in Fira.
The group said the beach club experience in Santorini would help "alleviate congestion throughout the island by better distributing guests arriving to Santorini".
It added: "Vacationers can start their journey in one of three locations, minimising crowding while maximising time spent enjoying sights and sounds.
"We’re committed to protecting Santorini’s character and supporting residents’ quality of life. That’s why we’ve introduced a new approach to managing cruise guest flow, reducing overcrowding and easing pressure on local infrastructure, while helping residents maintain their livelihoods."
Alongside Perfect Day at CocoCay in The Bahamas and Labadee in Haiti, Royal Caribbean Group's pipeline of land-based offerings now includes Royal Beach Club Paradise Island in The Bahamas, opening in December, the Southernmost Hotel on Earth The Cormorant at 55 South in Chile, Royal Beach Club Santorini and Royal Beach Club Cozumel in Mexico, which all open next year.
In addition, the cruising giant will open Perfect Day Mexico in 2027 and Royal Beach Club South Pacific in Lelepa, Vanuatu, the year after.
Royal Caribbean Group president and chief executive Jason Liberty said: "Expanding our Royal Beach Club Collection to include Santorini - one of the world's most popular and beautiful locations - is a bold step forward in growing our vacation portfolio from two to eight by 2028.
"We're thrilled to connect guests with Santorini's gems - from its iconic villages to the Aegean Sea's famous beach club culture - creating a balanced, authentic island experience."
