Formerly an Enterprise management assistant, Isabel Darbyshire will work closely with agents across the north of England to “deepen partnerships” and “support the delivery” of the luxury operator’s portfolio of 13 hotels across Greece and Spain.
Her appointment comes just a few months after Sani/Ikos unveiled three new initiatives to boost its trade support model.
Along with the introduction of complimentary transfers for all Sani Suite Collection and Ikos Deluxe Collection, the group promised to always honour a guest’s last booking channel and to “never migrate agents’ clients” over to its business.
They also launched a dedicated trade support team, who will act as a “lifeline” for agents who feel that “parity has not been maintained.”
“Isabel’s energy, expertise and relationship-led approach make her a fantastic addition to the team,” said Lee Barker, senior regional director of sales and marketing at Sani/Ikos.
“She will play an important role in elevating our partnerships and supporting agents in delivering exceptional luxury experiences.”
This enthusiasm was echoed by Darbyshire, who said: “Sani/Ikos Group is a brand I’ve long admired for its commitment to quality and service. I’m excited to collaborate with partners across the north to bring these exceptional experiences to even more clients.”
