These exclusive experiences, which include a pre-cruise hotel stay, are available across six trips in France departing in 2024 for bookings made before 30 August 2023.

The tour of Paris is available for clients booking the eight-day Highlights of Normandy & the Seine itinerary and the 11-day Normandy & Gems of the Seine trip.

Guests departing from Lyon or Bordeaux can join a local cookery class to learn the secrets of French patisserie from a leading pastry chef. This experience is available for passengers on the eight-day Idyllic Rhone or Bordeaux Affair and the 11-day Beautiful Bordeaux and South of France itineraries.

Those sailing on the South of France trip will also be able to go truffle-hunting in Tournus and enjoy a private dinner and concert in one of the dining halls of the Palais des Papes in Avignon.

The pre-cruise experiences are not available during the Olympic Games period from 23 July to 12 August, as well as some other blackout dates.

Scenic added that these experiences were addition to current savings of up to £1,300 per couple.
