The scheme will give guests the opportunity to travel to Tilbury to join their cruise from 80 coach pick-up points across England and Wales.
A spokesperson for the line said: "Guests can rest assured that their holiday will begin as soon as they set foot on an Ambassador Cruise Line coach.
"With facilities on board including restrooms, video/television, air-conditioning and executive seating, guests will be able to relax, unwind and look forward to embarking on their cruise."
Prices during a 50% off introductory offer range from £40pp to £60pp for a return journey.
