The Australian expedition line is seeking 100 applications for the 12-day event, which embarks on 13 February, 2023, with two nights and a full-day conference in Ushuaia, Argentina.
The guests will then sail on a nine-day voyage on Sylvia Earle and the trip will conclude with a night in Punta Arenas in Chile.
The route features the Drake Passage, Aitcho Islands, Hope Bay, Brown Bluff, Enterprise Island and Lemaire Channel.
In partnership with Ocean Geographic and Dr Earle, the line plans to address the warming climate and loss of ice in the southern polar region as "a direct threat to the future of human life".
The line said the expedition will "confront the consequences of environmental change and develop creative strategies to radically reduce carbon emissions".
Expedition members will be able to help formulate 23 resolutions to "inspire transformative changes" for global net-zero emissions by 2050.
Dr Earle said February 2023 will be a "moment in time of a gathering of great minds".
"This can be your legacy; you can help change the current course from a catastrophic outcome to a healthy, habitable planet," she added. "Please do this for the next generation, for the future of humanity."
A series of lectures, a documentary, exhibitions and a book will be produced from the event. Prices for the sailing start at USD$17,680 (approx £12,805).
