Prestige Holidays has announced details of three agent fams, one in July followed by two in October.
The Canada specialist has expanded its fam programme for 2019, with 16 spaces available across the three trips.
In July, four agents will get to experience the Calgary Stampede, the so-called greatest rodeo on earth.
The four agents will also sample the arts, culture and cuisine of the city.
Then in October, Prestige will run two fams concurrently, each for six agents.
One group will head to Montreal and Quebec, escorted by Prestige’s director of Canada tour operations Denise Hunt, and the other to Vancouver and the Okanagan region of British Columbia, led by long-haul sales manager Jonathan Whiteley.
“Prestige is committed to working with its key agent partners to showcase as much of Canada as possible, and fam trips are a vital part of our training programme,” said Hunt.
“In addition to these three fams, we are hosting a Canada Day celebration on 1 July in London, running two agent roadshows in October and organising a variety of up-close and personal dinners throughout the year.”
Hunn told TTG the trips would be offered partly on sales performance, but stressed the operator would look at agents with the potential to increase bookings with Prestige.
She added the operator was "always open to agents putting themselves forward for a place", so long as they have direct responsibility for selling Canada.
