Crystal Cruises has revealed a first look at its upcoming Diamond-class ships.
Renderings of the line’s first 800-passenger vessel were released today, with the ship set to join the fleet in 2022.
Crystal said the 67,000 gross ton ship would feature “exceptional amenities” in line with its other ocean vessels, Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity, new-build river ships and expedition yacht, Crystal Endeavor.
The Diamond-class ships will be built at the MV Werften shipyard in Stralsund, Germany.
Tom Wolber, president and chief executive of Crystal Cruises, said the line looked forward to sharing more details about Diamond-class with its guests and travel partners next year.
“We are delighted to expand this celebrated fleet with amenities and spaces that our guests have come to love along with more choices and new experiences that will take luxury to the next level,” Wolber said.
