Destination Canada has added 12 training webinars to its Canada Specialist Program hub
Each video lasts between 20 and 30 minutes and gives an introduction to a specific Canadian region.
All provinces and territories (bar Nunavut and the Northwest Territories) are covered in the webinars, plus content from Parks Canada and Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada.
“[The webinars] give an excellent overview of the regions and product to help agents get to grips with selling Canada and putting together the perfect itinerary for their clients”, said Adam Hanmer, travel trade manager for Destination Canada.
This addition follows the launch of Destination Canada’s All Stars webinar series, which features one-on-one interviews with expert travel professionals to glean their top tips on selling the destination.
