The Dubai-based carrier will introduce a second daily flight to the Indonesian island on July 2 on the back of “growing demand” since the route was introduced in June 2015.
There are currently six daily Emirates departures to Dubai from Heathrow and three from Gatwick.
According to statistics from the Bali Government Tourism Office, the destination welcomed almost five million foreign tourists in 2016 - a million more than in the previous year.
There was also a 32% boost in visitor numbers from the UK.
Emirates said the new Bali service would help connect arrivals from other European cities including Amsterdam, Moscow and Paris.
