A third daily service starts from Dubai on December 1, providing an additional connecting option for UK travellers.
Customers booking to the Australian city by May 25 can take advantage of special fares which lead in at £659 from Gatwick for travel until June 30.
Business class rates start at £3,049 for travel between June 9 and March 31, 2018.
The increased frequency from the winter will see 3,724 seats a week added to the Dubai-Brisbane route as a three-class Boeing 777-200 is deployed in addition to two existing daily flights, with one service operating via Singapore and two flying onwards to Auckland in New Zealand.
Emirates is also upgrading a third daily service to Melbourne from a Boeing 777-300ER to an all Airbus A380 operation from March 25.
