Two services a week on Wednesday and Friday will operate to Dubai from 15 July. Flights from Glasgow will be operated on a Boeing 777-300ER.
The resumption of services at the Scottish airport follows that by Emirates at Heathrow and Manchester.
The carrier will offer onward connections to The Maldives from 16 July, when flights to the archipelago also resume. In total, Emirates will offer services to 52 destinations in July.
Dubai will reopen to visitors from 7 July, with travellers required to prove they are Covid-free.
