Founded in 2003, the Woking-based firm employs 50 staff members across offices in Woking, London and Southampton.
ISON Travel specialises in several areas of global travel management and luxury travel planning including marine, groups, education, media, jets, concierge and leisure.
Helen Cannon, founder and chief executive of ISON, said joining Advantage is a "fantastic opportunity" to grow the company’s footprint within the UK and globally.
"[It enables us] to capitalise on and build relationships with our current and new suppliers, which in turn should help us to improve end-customer pricing with lower costs," she added.
