First Class will invite more than 100 agents to the bash on 26 November, which will be held at Stapleford Park country house hotel.
The invite-only event had originally been due to be held on 23 April, but was pushed back owing to the effects of the coronavirus crisis.
Agent guests will be taken around the world as part of a showcase for the operator’s five key destinations: Canada, the US, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
There will also be opportunities to learn more about the operator’s new islands product and meet with destination representatives and First Class staff.
All of First Class Holidays’ destinations will be represented at the event, with the operator predicting “one of the biggest peaks ever” which it believes will likely come earlier than normal.
Dan Gathercole, First Class Holidays managing director, said: “I am so pleased we could rearrange this event for later in the year. It also happens to fall on Thanksgiving, which ties in well with our US product.
“I think there will be a few of us who will be thankful when this year is over, but the timing of the event allows us and our agent partners to prepare for one of the biggest peaks ever, which will probably come earlier than normal.
“This is also a big event for our staff, some of whom have been with us since the very beginning, so I’m really pleased we can finally celebrate – it’s obviously not been the best year, but we are really optimistic about 2021.”
The event will include a gala dinner, and agents will be able to stay at the 500-acre venue in Leicestershire overnight.
