Rescuers in Nepal have found the crash site of a plane that went missing on Sunday with 22 people onboard. The Nepali Tara Air plane was on a 20-minute flight when it lost contact with air traffic control five minutes before it was due to land. Four Indians, two Germans and 16 Nepalis were onboard. Dubai owner praises P&O Ferries’ ‘amazing’ boss
DP World boss Ahmed bin Sulayem has praised its P&O Ferries subsidiary chief Peter Hebblethwaite for sacking 800 workers. Sulayem said it was too late to reverse the decision and expressed annoyance at the UK government for turning on the company. Sulayem said Hebblethwaite had done “an amazing job”. (The Daily Mail)
