The Islands of the Indian Ocean sailing, onboard the line’s Boudicca vessel, will depart from London or Manchester on November 30 next year.
The 14-night voyage will take in Mauritius, the Seychelles and Madagascar before docking back in the UK on December 14.
Previous Fred Olsen guests will be able to take advantage of early booking between May 3-6 - before the cruise is placed on general sale a day later.
Nathan Philpot, sales and marketing director for Fred Olsen, said: “We are extremely excited to be launching our first ever fly-cruise to the Indian Ocean region. It is an exquisite part of the world, with some of the very best beaches such as Flic en Flac, Anse Lazio and Cote D’Or, as well as rainforests, National Parks, extinct volcanoes and beautiful flora and fauna.
“Hotels and flights to destinations in the Indian Ocean are very costly, and it is near-impossible to visit this number of islands and enjoy so much of the scenery on a land-based holiday. We have painstakingly researched and planned every detail of this cruise holiday to offer our guests the very best experience, all for a very reasonable price.”
Prices start from £2,699pp, including return flights, based on two adults sharing a twin-bedded Interior Room.
In addition, guests who book by May 31 will have the cost of their gratuities covered by Fred Olsen, who will also offer a 50% discount on cruises departing between October 7 and December 16 2016, excluding Party Nights.
Passengers can also upgrade to an all-inclusive drinks package for an additional £10pp per night.
