The company saw pre-tax profit rise by 50% to £1.7 million on turnover of £18.1 million for the year ended September 30, 2015.
The accounts for Broadway Travel Service (Wimbledon) Ltd were recently released by Companies House.
“The directors consider the results to be slightly ahead of expectations, given the continuing unrest in North Africa and the Middle East, in addition to the challenging economic climate in Europe, as this is where a sizable amount of the business heralds from,” the directors said.
Broadway Travel also operates its own consortium, which has “added to the overall purchasing power with a relatively low-risk model”.
A spokesperson for Broadway Travel told TTG: “We are pleased with the results for the year with the successful integration of Travel Interaction into our business, which was acquired in December 2014.
“All divisions in the group increased profit in the financial year, which contributed to the excellent results, including our Accredited Body consortia division...”
