Travellers booked tours departing up to 31 October who do not wish to rebook to a later date will receive a protected refund credit note for 100% of the amount paid, plus an additional 10% credit.

They can alternatively request a full refund, which will be provided "as soon as possible as specified on their refund credit note", with the money protected through the RCN in the intervening period.

Any travellers yet to make their final payment will have their lifetime deposit kept on file, which can be put towards a future tour.

Those still wishing to travel in September or October, travel restrictions permitting, can consider joining one of a select number of autumns tours operating in Europe, developed in line with the UK government’s list of countries with reduced restrictions.

Tours departing beyond 31 October are still scheduled to operate "to keep the door open in the event the current situation evolves in a way that enables us to travel again", said G.

However, all travellers booked on tours departing up to 31 December 2020 can transfer their booking to a future departure for the same price. Alternatively, they can pay in full and receive 110% travel credit for a future tour.
