The move comes after a reported increase in demand from customers looking to spend more on trips.
Brand and business growth executive Cat Reeves said it "felt great" to be able to hire new agents "considering all that’s going on".
"We have been open to welcoming new homeworkers throughout the pandemic and are continuing to do so, although we have suffered like everybody else we have always been finding ways to keep moving forward and grow in different directions to mould to whatever has been happening at the time," Reeves added.
"We aim to recruit another 12 [agents] minimum by the end of March.
"We have already got the busiest year ahead in terms of departures and we haven’t even started yet – we will definitely need more agents to service our enquiry pool."
Holidaysplease is also seeking to hire a new recruitment worker with experience in travel recruitment or a travel BDM role.
In October, Holidaysplease’s homeworkers’ commission reportedly grew by 87% compared to pre-pandemic levels.
According to Reeves, this was achieved by a higher number of sales – up 53% compared to October 2019 – and a higher margin per sale.
Compared to November 2019, conversion rates were up by 38%, average sales up by 25% and productivity per homeworker by 18%.
Reeves said the firm is "feeling positive" going forward, despite increased concern over the Omicron variant of Covid-19.
"We have been selling a lot of Lapland/Finland Santa trips for 2021/22," she added, "and lots of escapes to tropical paradises like the Maldives and Mauritius, which are always top sellers for us."
