More than 400 agents have signed up to Inghams’ new training facility within the first week of its launch.
The Academy went live on March 29 to give agents all the knowledge they need about the operators various ski, lakes and mountains and Italy programmes.
It includes video and interactive courses in modular form and to date 2,600 modules have been completed and 25,000 branded tea bags have been sent out to 5,000 agents to help promote it.
Once agents have completed three modules they will be entered into a monthly prize draw over the next six months with prizes including an Italian holiday and an ipad.
