The new desktop, mobile and tablet-friendly facility will feature live chat and a booking progress bar, as well as payment and passenger detail schedule.
Agents can now register for individual logins rather than using one per store, which Intrepid says will make the booking process seamless and more secure.
“As a business, we are focused on innovation and we want the new portal to reflect this,” said Aaron Hocking, regional director EMEA at Intrepid. “We worked closely with agents and partners to best suit their needs.”
Hocking added the process involved nine months of workshops and user experience sessions with agents and global partners “to make the booking process as seamless as possible for agents and clients”.
Agents who sign up by the end of June will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 Finisterre voucher.
