From Tuesday (1 March), international visitors will also no longer be required to obtain travel authorisation to enter the island.
Those aged 12 and over will still need to provide a negative result from an antigen or PCR test conducted within 72 hours prior to departure.
Edmund Bartlett, Jamaican tourism minister, said the removal of travel-related quarantines and the need for travellers to fill out an authorisation form are "key steps" in relaxing the country’s travel protocols.
"We are confident that these refreshed entry requirements will increase the appeal of Jamaica as a destination of choice and help us continue on our path to recovery for the tourism sector and wider economy as a whole," he added.
