The Which? survey consults thousands of members, asking customers to rate their experience of different travel companies taking into account accommodation, customer service, organisation and value for money, among other factors.
Jet2holidays was praised for its “friendly customer service”, 22kg free luggage and free resort flight check-in service.
It comes after Jet2.com was named a Which? recommended provider last December, based on punctuality, boarding, seat comfort, cabin environment, customer service, food and drink, and value for money.
