Next year’s ITT conference in Istanbul will boast a line-up that includes an astronaut, the former speaker of the House of Commons and chair of the Department for Exiting the European Union.
Susan Hooper sits on the boards of Wizz Air and Uber UK alongside her role at the so-called “Brexit department”.
Tim Peake, the first British astronaut to board the International Space Station, will also be a major draw, along with John Bercow, who recently stood down after 10 years in charge of the House of Commons.
Also speaking will be Labour MP Jess Phillips, plus comedian, London Evening Standard columnist and former advisor to Ed Miliband Ayesha Hazarika.
From the travel sector, Irene Hays of Hays Travel will give her perspective on the days following Thomas Cook’s collapse when the company stepped in to relaunch Cook’s retail network.
Registration for the conference is now open, with early bird rates of £595 per member and companion rates of £285.
Single occupancy rooms are from €156.60 per night, including breakfast, and Turkish Airlines will be offering preferential rates on flights to Istanbul from a variety of UK airports.
