January 2023 sales values were up 65% and profits up 83% year-on-year, and up 85% compared to 2019.
The last day of the month saw the company’s sales values hit its highest level on record, up 27% on its previous busiest day, which was the 18 January 2023.
The average number of bookings per travel consultant per month increased by more than 50%, with particular gains in the cruise market with the average number of bookings per day 2.5 times more than usual.
Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel and its recruitment arm, The Travel Franchise said: "The number of bookings made by each consultant is our best measure of success as it shows our consultants are eager and active.
“Focusing on improving profit margins has proved bountiful and is the result of repeat booking rates and the valuable relationships with our key trade partners."
