Emma Paolino joins the line as business development representative south, reporting to BDM Dani Scannella.

Matt Betteridge, meanwhile, joins the line from sister brand Princess Cruises.

Betteridge will report to Bekkie Skipp, BDM for Seabourn and Holland America’s north and Scotland region.

Assistant BDM Katie Noviss has also been promoted to BDM, giving her greater management responsibility over accounts including tour operators, Alaska, designated key accounts and offshore business.

“Emma and Matt’s roles will be largely office based at Carnival House in Southampton, however, they will eventually have their own account management responsibilities.

“We congratulate Katie Noviss on her very well deserved promotion to BDM, as well as Lucy Harris, who was recently promoted from BDR to senior business development representative.”
