Replacement ports vary by voyage and will include stops in Scandinavia, western and northern Europe and the Norwegian Fjords.
The Carnival brand said the amended itineraries will allow guests to visit a number of destinations "rich in history, culture, world-class architecture and beautiful landscapes".
Seabourn will contact guests on affected sailings with updates and details applicable to their booking.
A spokesperson for the line said: "Seabourn’s highest priority is compliance, environmental protection and the health, safety and well-being of our guests, team members, shoreside employees and the people in the communities we touch.
"The company will continue to update impacted guests and travel advisors as more information is available."
It comes after Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Princess Cruises and MSC Cruises dropped calls to the Russian city following the conflict in Ukraine.
