The Travel Network Group will host its second “cluster meeting” in Cardiff next month focusing on how members can grow their businesses and be ready for GDPR.
Its cluster meeting initiative, which gives members access to a range of the group’s partners, was launched at the TNG’s conference in Monaco last November.
The Cardiff get-together will be held on May 2.
Lisa Henning, group membership services director, said: “With the backing of the group, members have a vast and diverse portfolio of products, services, experience and knowledge available to them.
“While many members tap into what is on offer, many don’t. This cluster meeting will be about how members can take further advantage of the group’s proposition to help them develop their businesses and maximise their earning potential.”
The next meeting will open up the group’s marketing and commercial teams to members, provide updates on its Honeycomb IT system and the latest on its Cruise Club.
There will also be an open forum based on feedback and questions from members, and presentations by business partners.
Key themes will be how members can unlock their full potential, take advantage of the group’s IT training and expertise, the benefits of TTNG’s mystery shopper initiative and steps to ensure members are ready for GDPR.
Henning added: “Our entire purpose is to support members and their businesses and help them grow and develop.
“We will be giving delegates access to our experienced team and promise they will leave this meeting feeling energised and better equipped to face the future.”
Registration is open to all members, with more than 30 already having signed up.
