This memorable Venice via the Alps journey first whisks travellers from London to Paris on the Eurostar, where they’ll change to a high-speed train travelling east to Geneva. Get there in just over three hours, and with time to spend a lovely half-day exploring the lakeside sights of this cosmopolitan city, perhaps enjoying a waterfront meal or a leisurely stroll along the banks of the lake. The next morning, depart Geneva and travel to Venice on one of the most scenic train routes in Europe through the Simplon Pass.
