The operator will expand its presence on the station over the next 12 months after previously sponsoring Gaydio’s breakfast show.
This will extend to Gaydio’s weather coverage during its breakfast and drive shows, and the Neil and Debbie show on Saturday mornings.
Its 2019 partnership will also see Teletext sponsor Gaydio Escapes, a travel segment providing advice and inspiration for LGBT travellers, as well as information about LGBT travel hotspots.
Wayne Perks, Teletext managing director, said: “We are thrilled to have expanded our working relationship with Gaydio as the official sponsor, to support them further in 2019 and cement our presence within the LGBT community.”
Toby Whitehouse from Gaydio added: “We’re pleased Teletext Holidays continues to support the LGBT community and this new, more high-profile sponsorship is testament to this commitment.
“We look forward to the numerous advertising campaigns we will be running this year together and I’m sure listeners will also be pleased with the opportunity to possibly win some great prizes as part of this sponsorship.”
Teletext’s commitment to its Gaydio partnership comes after its effective sponsorship of Gaydio at Winter Pride in Gran Canaria.
