Holidaysplease has launched a recruitment drive for agent homeworkers, aimed at those who want to run their own-branded business.
The OTA’s subsidiary, The Holiday Franchise Company, is looking to recruit those with four years’ sales experience in the industry to add to its current 30-plus franchisees.
Luke Western, Holiday Franchise Company head of sales and marketing, said experienced agents would benefit from lower start-up costs.
“We have evolved our offering to support the industry and those professionals looking to build their own business and take control of their future,” he said.
Franchisees will be fully Abta and Atol-bonded and have access to 400-plus suppliers, he said.
“Those who sign up will be able to create their own branding. “Our aim is to build a network of highly successful business across the UK,” said Western.
Other benefits include an accredited one-to-one training programme, which includes creating and maintaining your website and successfully marketing your business.
