G Adventures has confirmed no sales were made through its partnership with Thomas Cook before the company collapsed on Monday (23 September).
G and its G Touring brand, comprising Travelsphere and Just You, were appointed suppliers for Cook’s Thomas Cook Tours arm earlier this month.
“Following the news of Thomas Cook going into compulsory liquidation, G Adventures can confirm that as the development of this programme was still in its early stages, no tours were available for sale,” A G spokesperson said, adding: “Our thoughts are with our industry colleagues at Thomas Cook during this challenging time.”
