Tui has confirmed it will restart flights from the UK to Portugal later this month.
Services will resume operating on 29 August after the destination was added to the UK government’s travel corridors list on Thursday (20 August).
A spokesperson said in a statement: “We’re really pleased the government has confirmed British travellers will be able to holiday to Portugal without the need to quarantine on their return to the UK.
"In line with the latest advice, we will be resuming flights to Portugal from 29 August. We look forward to welcoming our customers back very soon.”
The news follows announcements by a number of operators including Jet2holidays and Riviera Travel confirming restarts for holidays to Portugal.
