Bamboo confirmed its plans to offer six weekly non-stop services to Heathrow, potentially by the end of the year, in Edinburgh at the weekend.
This could then increase do a daily service in the new year, Bamboo has said.
Under the agreement, APG will provide sales, marketing and customer call centre services for Bamboo in the UK.
The deal was inked in Edinburgh ahead of Cop26 at a ceremony attended by Bamboo chair Trinh Van Quyet and APG Network president Richard Burgess.
“We are delighted to be representing Bamboo Airways in the UK and are looking forward to welcoming their first scheduled flight to London Heathrow," said Burgess.
"With the new free trade agreement between the UK and Vietnam, the gradual opening up of international travel and the wealth of tourism opportunities that Vietnam has to offer, we believe this is an excellent opportunity to launch the new services."
Bamboo was founded in 2017 and operates a fleet of 29 aircraft, including three Boeing 787 Dreamliners, which will be deployed on its London route.
