Paradise Plains, Wilder’s luxury safari camp set in the heart of the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, has officially reopened its doors for the 2026 safari season, debuting two exciting additions designed to elevate its safari experience while remaining true to its commitment to conservation and community.
The camp’s innovative new Sky Walk – an elevated walkway and viewing platform set 4.2 metres above the ground – offers guests a unique vantage point across the surrounding wilderness, with prime opportunities to observe its abundant birdlife, watch herds of elephants roam underfoot, and move throughout the camp without disrupting natural wildlife corridors or leaving a significant footprint on the environment.
Opening in August 2026 is Paradise Plains’ new Coffee Bar, a relaxed space for guests to enjoy expertly crafted coffee and light refreshments while taking in the sights and sounds of the Mara.
New for this season, reflecting the growing demand for experiences that prioritise wellbeing alongside adventure, Paradise Plains has introduced a series of wellness-focused menus, including a 100% plant-based offering, its "Eat Like a Yogi" menu, and a Matcha & Detox menu. Designed to nourish the body, support movement and enhance holistic health, the menus combine nutrient-dense ingredients with flavour-led cuisine, allowing guests to embrace a more mindful approach to dining while immersed in the restorative nature of the Masai Mara.
Together with the camp’s nine design-led suites, fine dining, spa, gym and infinity pool, these offerings further enhance Paradise Plains’ immersive and wellbeing-centred safari experience, combining authentic wilderness encounters with refined luxury.
