The product for these much loved properties remains unchanged and agents can expect the same quality and customer service for their clientele throughout. We are committed to keeping the trade up to date on the changes happening within our portfolio and we want to assure agents that the alterations detailed above will not affect their ability to sell our brands. All of the changes are in name only and all product remains the same, as do our training modules and selling tips.”

These changes follow the Hyatt takeover announcement but it remains business as usual for Playa Hotels & Resorts’ UK representation, with UK & Irish agents still able to contact the team at AMG Ltd using commercial[at]amgltd.biz. The brand updates detailed above sit alongside the rest of Playa Hotels & Resorts’ original property portfolio: Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Ziva, Jewel Grande, Seadust and Wyndham Alltra (in the Dominican Republic and Playa Del Carmen).
