Starhotels, Italy's leading private hotel group by revenue, has announced a strategic partnership between I AM STAR, its loyalty programme, and Taj InnerCircle–NeuPass, the loyalty platform of Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India's largest hospitality company.
The collaboration marks a key milestone in the international growth of I AM STAR, responding to increasing travel between Europe and India and the growing importance of loyalty programmes. Through the partnership, I AM STAR connects with one of the hospitality industry's largest loyalty communities, with more than 13 million members worldwide, offering expanded access to exclusive stays, experiences and member benefits.

Members will benefit from reciprocal advantages, including preferred accommodation rates, dining privileges and wellness experiences, available across Starhotels Collezione, Starhotels Premium and selected IHCL brands, further strengthening both groups' international loyalty offering.
