• BLŪM coffee shop will serve the island’s famous Blue Mountain coffee, and there will be a new lobby bar.
• Bay Roc Rum Bar will feature murals by local artists, along with a curated vinyl collection.
• Guest-favourite, Buccan – a solid-fuel, family-style restaurant– will make its Jamaica debut.
• Parisol Beach Club will blend lunch and dinner, cocktails and beachfront lounging. The swim-up pool bar will showcase the original guest-inscribed bricks that returning guests know and love – alongside a Jerk Shack, and a new made-to-order pizza counter.
• Fresh seafood and wraparound ocean views will set the tone at Scrimshaw, making its Jamaica debut. Heart & Sol will offer fast favorites like smoothies and salads, and Tesoro will bring global flavours by day and Italian in the evening.
• Returning favourites include Butch’s Island Chop House, the brand’s signature steakhouse, and Soy for fresh sushi.
Sandals Caribbean Cay:
• A new concept, Suppa, will debut, inspired by the Jamaican tradition of gathering around the table for Sunday dinner, with dishes rooted in Jamaican flavours and culture.
• Keynote Rum Bar will serve Caribbean snacks and premium Caribbean rums.
• Parisol Beach Club will open on the resort’s private offshore island accessible exclusively by boat. There will also be a new Jerk Shack on the island.
• The Strand, a signature beach grill concept will make its Jamaica debut, complete with a pizza counter, BLŪM coffee shop, Heart & Sol, and Tesoro. Guest favourites, Bombay for Indian fare and The Cricketers Pub will continue to round out the dining options.
Sandals South Coast:
• BLŪM will serve Jamaica's renowned Blue Mountain coffee and freshly baked pastries.
• Butch's Island Chop House, one of Sandals' most loved restaurants, will arrive at the resort with a dedicated martini bar, premium cuts, and fresh seafood.
• Coming in early 2027 will be the B-Side Rum Bar.
