Using intuitive, emotive search terms such as "best infinity pools", "perfect properties for family celebrations", or even "uninterrupted sea views", Dreamcrafter will find the ideal property for clients, based on what is most important to them.
Each search will create a personalised, image-led range of options that fulfil the wish list requested, drawing from Simpson Travel’s extensive range of handpicked villas and boutique hotels across the Mediterranean. By providing more specific details in the search terms, the resulting shortlist can be more appropriately refined.
Managing director Ed Pyke said: "We're delighted to launch our new Dreamcrafter initiative, and are the first in our field as villa operators to innovate with AI technology in this way. Traditional searches are often quite functional – focusing on destinations, villa size, or location.
But we know from research with our clients that the impetus to book a villa is often based on something much more subjective and heartfelt. For a luxury villa holiday - perhaps more than any other holiday – imagining yourself sitting in the villa is very much part of the decision-making process, so the look and feel of the property, its setting, and its views are all key in helping make this choice. Dreamcrafter will create an individualised, image-led shortlist that will match – and hopefully exceed – clients’ expectations.”
Head of trade sales Hannah Naylor-Vane added: “With our new Dreamcrafter holiday finder, we are helping agents turn their clients’ dreams into reality and will be really helpful in the sales process.
"Agents often tell me how useful our imagery is for them, both in their interactions with clients and also in their own social media activity. Dreamcrafter will complement what we already offer agents in terms of training, product knowledge, and support, and is a fantastic example of embracing AI to help enhance customer service.”
