Rigby brings more than 20 years of progressive experience leading ultra-luxury resorts across the Caribbean.
Most recently, he served as Executive Assistant Manager at Rock House Resort, part of the Grace Bay Resorts portfolio in Turks and Caicos, where he led more than 145 colleagues across six divisions including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Engineering, Finance, and Sales & Marketing. Previously, he was Director of Rooms with Grace Bay Resorts, upholding Forbes-level service standards across all guest touchpoints.
As General Manager, Rigby will oversee all aspects of resort operations, with a focus on strengthening performance, driving revenue, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Rigby holds a Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management.
His appointment follows a $40 million renovation and the addition of La Belle Hélène, an ultra-exclusive ten-bedroom private estate in the UNESCO-protected region of Soufrière.
