The Outbound Collection by Off Broadway Travel will offer specialist advice for LGBTQI+ travellers planning luxury holidays, cruises, tailor-made journeys, city breaks, beach escapes, special occasions, honeymoons, and adventure and experiential travel.
McKay, who has 25 years' experience in the industry and is an LGBTQI+ traveller himself, said the collection had been shaped by insights gained through his membership of the TTG LGBTQI+ Travel Ambassador programme after joining the latest intake in July.
He joined the Welwyn-based agency after Off Broadway acquired his south London agency Travel Designers in 2025 – a deal which allowed McKay to step back from the day-to-day running of the business while continuing to work with his private clients.
Travel Designers was named a TTG Top 50 agency in 2016 and 2017 and went on to be crowned Top Agency London in 2018 before retaining the title in 2019 when it also won in the Top Weddings and Honeymoons Agency category.
Off Broadway said the new collection reflects an opportunity to provide LGBTQI+ luxury travellers with "independent, informed advice" without requiring them to explain their needs or concerns.

The agency will work with a variety of tour operators, hotel brands, cruise lines and destination partners, assessing the luxury credentials of their products as well as important factors such as local laws and customs, destination attitudes, safety, accommodation and the "ability to provide an inclusive experience".
McKay said: "As an LGBTQI+ traveller myself, I believe I am in a unique position to share my knowledge and experiences with both our team and our clients. The Outbound Collection is about creating a safe space where LGBTQI+ travellers can receive honest, independent and expert advice."
Clients will be able to access the service through Off Broadway Travel's offices in Welwyn and Tenterden, as well as through appointments via Teams and Zoom. The collection will be soft launched at the end of October, with a full launch planned for early 2027.
Off Broadway Travel Director Tricia Beattie said the TTG ambassador programme had highlighted both the opportunities within LGBTQI+ travel and "some of the gaps that still exist, particularly when it comes to luxury travel".
"The Outbound Collection will allow us to work with carefully selected partners who share our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, while creating a dedicated space where LGBTQI+ travellers can feel comfortable seeking advice and inspiration," she added.
