Key account manager Jemma Bridges, who joined Club Med in 2022, will step up to the role.
Bridges will take up her new position on Monday 9 February, assuming responsibility for leading Club Med's trade, meetings and events strategy.
It follows Marc Laurent's appointment as Club Med sales director for Singapore and Malaysia.
Club Med said Bridges's appointment underlined its continued focus on "strengthening its B2B performance".
Bridges, who started her career in travel as a Thomas Cook rep, brings more than 20 years of industry experience to her new role across product, partnerships and commercial leadership.
"Since joining Club Med in 2022, she has played a key role spearheading trade partner relationships and supporting the development of the Irish market, further reinforcing the brand’s presence and performance within the industry," said Club Med.
Nicolas Bresch, Club Med managing director UK, Ireland and Nordics, said: "[Jemma's] extensive experience across the travel and B2B sectors, combined with her deep understanding of our business and markets, makes her ideally placed to accelerate our growth across trade and meeting and events across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics."
Bresch also paid tribute to Lauret, who is credited with delivering 30% growth in meetings and events, and launching Club Med's new travel agent portal.
"This has given partners a seamless 24/7 booking experience with the latest offers and information," Bresch continued. "With our trusted trade partners remaining a core priority, Jemma will continue to build on this success and further strengthen these relationships as she moves forward in her role.
"We look forward to growing our presence and performance across these key markets under her leadership."
