The company, based in London, has been operating for nearly 50 years and has solely traded online for the past 20 years.
The brand, founded by Peter Reglar, trades under the names Abu Dhabi Holidays, Ras Al Khaimah Holidays and Letsgo2.
It also uses the websites letsgo2.com, rasalkhaimahholidays.com, abudhabiholidays.co.uk, jaresortholidays.com and justallinclusive.com.
The CAA said it was “currently collating information from the company”, but added those with Atol-bonded packages who were currently overseas and held a scheduled flight e-ticket were able to travel as normal.
"The CAA is speaking to the service providers for the other elements of your trip to ensure these continue as planned,” it said in a statement.
The group's financial results for the year ending 31 March 2025 do not reveal profit or loss but show amounts due to creditors within a year totalling £6.6 million.
There was also a £1.17 million Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan due for repayment in July 2025. Money owed to the company amounted to just over £5 million.
The CAA has advised those with an Atol-bonded package due to travel from 20 November and who had been issued with tickets that flights “may be valid for travel”.
It urged Ickenham clients to check with their airlines, but warned: “If the airline confirms you have a valid ticket for travel, you may have the option to travel. However, other services may not have been paid to the local suppliers, and you will be required to re-arrange and pay for these services again.
"To avoid any issues in resort, you should confirm the cost of all the services in advance of travel where possible.”
The CAA warned any clients using valid flights they were not protected under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations “as your package travel provider has ceased to trade”.
“You will therefore be responsible for any risks arising from each individual element of your trip which would have previously been protected.”
It added: “Whilst waiting for further information, please do not submit a claim as these will be rejected.”
