The modern new look has been inspired by different modes of transport, with tables shaped like aircraft wings, portholes on the walls and LED "lounge" and "departures" signs.
Tea and coffee, meanwhile, is available from a cupboard designed to look like an aircraft service trolley and there is also a new space set aside for quick drop-ins.
Lincolnshire Co-op said with its light features and colour choices, it had aimed to brighten the space, while a new "mural wall" resembles big windows commonly seen in airports.
The Co-op invests around £5 million a year in refurbishing its retail network on a cyclical basis, meaning works will take place at around 40 of its various outlets over the coming year, which beside travel agencies span food stores, post offices, funeral homes and pharmacies.
Louth is the first of Lincolnshire Co-op's 13 travel outlets to undergo a refresh as part of its latest programme of works, with the Co-op confirming the design elements introduced at Louth will "form a template for future travel branch refits".
Louth branch manager Rachael Bilcliffe said: “The whole team loves the new look, and we have had some fantastic feedback from our wonderful customers, who love how modern and fresh the space feels.
"One big difference is the waiting area, which is reminiscent of an airport lounge, and allows our customers to enjoy freshly brewed coffee and watch inspiring travel footage on the TV."
The team are offering £50pp off bookings when they pop in, and the chance to win £250. There will be a VIP drop-in event on Saturday 27 September at which clients can enjoy a tour of the new-look premises with a glass of prosecco.
