Seasonal losses for Dart Group are set to be lower than expected, which will help boost operating profit for the year ending March 31.

Summer bookings in the company’s leisure travel division are described as “promising” with package holiday customers increasing as a proportion of the overall number. More than 50% of the season has already been sold, putting it ahead of the same period last year.
Despite challenges in the eastern Mediterranean, the operating performance for the next financial year is predicted to be in line with 2015-16.
