The airline is introducing new amenity kits, which use material created from recycled plastic bottles, for passengers travelling in the World Traveller Plus cabin.
The kits include eyeshade, socks, pen, toothbrush, toothpaste and lip balm from Scaramouche & Fandango.
BA is also introducing a new quilt and cushion from 1 July as part of its revamp of World Traveller Plus, which saw the launch of new menus earlier this year.
Carolina Martinoli, BA’s director of brand and customer experience, said: “The new menus that we introduced in World Traveller Plus earlier this year have been a huge hit with customers, and this second phase including the new washbags, quilts and cushions will really add to the comfort of the cabin.”
The airline is also adding alcoholic cocktails and mocktails to the premium economy bar menu.
