McGlynn joins the brand’s trade team as sales manager – north from ITC, whom she joined in 2021 as a sales specialist before progressing to trade partnership executive. She’s previously held sales posts with Carrier, Kuoni and Co-op Travel.
Richardson, meanwhile, Constantinou’s UK sales and marketing manager, has been promoted to head of sales UK and Ireland. In his new role, he will oversee the brand’s trade sales team featuring a total of four UK sales staff.
"We are investing in the travel trade as our hotels have seen a very healthy increase of almost 20% in 2025 from the UK market," said Constantinou Bros sales and marketing director Alex Babic. "We owe much of this increase to the travel trade who support us and acknowledge our hard work."
Babic added the move to hire McGlynn to Constantinou’s trade team would help the firm develop its ties with the trade "at the luxury end of the market" amid works to bring new developments to its five-star Asimina Suites Hotel.
